The University of Richmond (UR) is a special place for both André Chambers (Richmond College Class of 2000) and Rasheeda Perry (Westhampton College Class of 2003). It holds some of their fondest memories and provided an inclusive space to test ideas, mature and build long-lasting relationships. The Office of Multicultural Affairs (now the Student Center for Equity and Inclusion) was instrumental to their growth, sense of belonging, and providing a safe space to thrive and achieve their full potential. They are eternally grateful.
