Bias Incident Reporting Form


Please use this form to report any type of bias activity.

Submissions through this form are monitored during regular business hours only. If you are experiencing an emergency or if a crime has possibly been committed, please contact the University Police Department immediately by calling 8911 (from a campus phone) or (804) 289-8911 (from a mobile or off-campus phone).

It is important to report all bias incidents, no matter how minor they may seem. Bias Incident Reports are reviewed promptly and, unless they are submitted anonymously, acknowledged promptly. Details about what happens when a bias incident is reported are outlined on the Bias Reporting & Resources page.

If you have questions about whether to report, what is likely to occur if you do, or to check on the status of a report you submitted, please contact Dr. Glyn Hughes, Director of Institutional Equity & Inclusion, or any of the following:

Any member of the University community who has been the victim of a crime, including a hate crime, or who believes their physical safety may be threatened should contact the University of Richmond Police Department by calling 8911 (from a campus phone) or (804) 289-8911 (from a mobile or off-campus phone).
