If you are experiencing an emergency or if a crime has possibly been committed, please contact the University Police Department immediately by calling 8911 (from a campus phone) or (804) 289-8911 (from a mobile or off-campus phone).
It is important to report all bias incidents, no matter how minor they may seem. Bias Incident Reports are reviewed promptly and, unless they are submitted anonymously, acknowledged promptly. Any member of the University community who has been the victim of a crime, including a hate crime, or who believes their physical safety may be threatened should contact the University of Richmond Police Department by calling 8911 (from a campus phone) or (804) 289-8911 (from a mobile or off-campus phone).
