Please join the Faculty Hub for a facilitated conversation with Dr. Bedelia Richards, Founder and CEO of RaceTalk, LLC and Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Richmond. Dr. Richards will present her strategies for building trust in the classroom, why it is important, and how it benefits all students with marginalized identities. She will then facilitate a conversation among participants on how they have done this or could do this in their own classes, regardless of discipline, and how to continue to build trust and community throughout the semester.
