Articles on the impact of new text generating Artificial Intelligence tools like ChatGPT seem to be everywhere these days (collected list from Bryan Alexander). In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn more about GPT-3 based AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Get hands on experience using ChatGPT
  • Engage in a discussion about the utility of AI and how that utility will impact the way we teach and generate scholarship.

Hosted by Faculty Hub Technology Consultant, Andrew Bell, this workshop is open to faculty and instructional staff from any disciplinary background and will take place on Thursday, January 5 from 1:00-3:30 p.m. in the Faculty Hub (3rd Floor of Boatwright Library).
