Roanoke: Late Night with Spiders at the Taubman
Join Spiders in Roanoke for an exclusive evening hosted by Yvonne Olson, W'71, and Laura Krajewski, '99, Assistant Vice President, Alumni Engagement. The evening begins at Well Hung Vineyard & Restaurant, where you'll enjoy light refreshments and time to connect with fellow alumni. From there, we'll take a short 10-minute walk to the Taubman Museum of Art for a guided tour led by the museum’s knowledgeable team. Discover captivating galleries and hear fascinating stories that bring the art to life, all while stepping into the role of a tourist in your own city. This one-hour tour is a special part of the Alumni SummUR Series and offers a unique chance to explore Roanoke’s cultural treasures in great company.
After the tour, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Taubman’s Late Night event, open to the public every first Friday of the month. Experience live music, engaging performances, and evening access to the galleries while reconnecting with your alumni network. Bring friends or family to savor delicious bites, stimulating conversations, and an unforgettable summer night. Make this a season to remember with SummUR in the City!
