Welcome back--we hope you all had a lovely spring break! This week, we are back in full swing in the Faculty Hub with a variety of timely events to support you in your teaching and scholarship. We are also excited to release calls for applications to two of the Faculty Hub's signature programs: The Inclusive Pedagogy Cohort (IPC) and the Inclusive Pedagogy Partnership Program (IP3)! If you haven't already, please consider applying to join one of these programs for AY 25-26. We hope to see you in the Faculty Hub soon!

Did you know that our partnership program (IP3) was co-designed by UR students, faculty, and staff and draws from a robust body of research that supports "students as partners" as a model for intentional student-faculty-staff collaboration? Recently, Kylie Korsnack and Gabriel Matthews (co-directors of UR's IP3 program) guest-curated a collection of this research for those who want to learn more. Check out our "Students as Partners" collection at UVA's Teaching Hub.

Call for Applications: Inclusive Pedagogy Partnership Program
The Faculty Hub invites applications for a fall cohort of participants in our Inclusive Pedagogy Partnership Program (IP3). The IP3 program pairs students and faculty (or instructional staff) together for a semester-long partnership experience focused on the implementation of principles of inclusive pedagogy. Student partners regularly observe, provide feedback, and serve as a thinking partner for the faculty member, helping them to reflect on, refine, and enhance their inclusive teaching practices.

Call for Applications: Inclusive Pedagogy Cohort
The Faculty Hub also invites applications for participation in next year’s Inclusive Pedagogy Cohort from any interested faculty or staff member who teaches academic courses as part of their responsibilities. An academic initiative since 2018, the Inclusive Pedagogy Cohort functions as a learning community, bringing together faculty and instructional staff from all five schools and many disciplines to deepen individual and collective knowledge of inclusive pedagogies.
